Refund and Cancellations

Replacement / Return Policy by

Within a period of 7 days, with the following exceptions:

  • Perishable products.
  • Items that have been used or opened.
  • Items not returned in their original condition.
  • Items received by us in a damaged condition.
  • Items sourced or delivered outside India.

While we take rigorous measures to ensure the pristine condition of delivered items, there is a slight possibility of:

  • Damage during transit.
  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect items being delivered.

In such cases, we will replace the item at no additional cost, provided that the request for replacement/return is made genuine within the specified timeframe. Returns or replacements are not permitted after order processing, except for the reasons mentioned above.

To initiate a replacement, kindly email us your Order Number and the reason for return. Upon receiving confirmation from us, please proceed to send the item back. We will then coordinate with our logistics partner for the replacement process. Please note that items sent for return or replacement without our confirmation will not be our responsibility.

For damaged items, including a picture and unboxing video is necessary for the return process.

Our Return Policy:

  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and should not fall under the aforementioned exceptions.
  • There are no additional shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the specified reasons.
  • Our logistics partners will make three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful due to reasons such as recipient unavailability or locked premises, the customer will receive a refund for the order amount after deducting shipping charges (to be borne by the customer).
  • If a customer cancels an order after shipping or delivery, shipping charges will be incurred.
  • For perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither nor our partners can accommodate returns or replacements.

Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:

  • In the event that the replacement item is unavailable, we will strive to offer suitable alternatives, however, the final decision rests with the customer.
  • If an order confirmed by us cannot be shipped on time, we provide refunds upon customer request.
  • A full refund will be issued if the product becomes unavailable or if the vendor is unable to fulfill the order.
  • For couriered products, if the delivery address is outside the service area, a full refund will be provided.

Shipping Returned Merchandise:

Typically, we arrange return pickups with our courier partners. However, if we don't facilitate the pickup, we advise customers to ship returned items via courier or insured parcel post for tracking. bears no responsibility for lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages and does not reimburse shipping or insurance expenses.

Items Damaged in Shipping & Quality Issue:

Products received in a damaged condition or products with quality issues can be returned if informed within 24 hours of receipt of the products. Kindly note that we would require the below to approve refunds/returns:

  • Front & Back Image of the Product
  • Unboxing Video
  • Invoice / Order Id

Food items once opened, would not be taken back.
